Example schedule for Saturday
8.30-10.30AM: Morning practice
10.45-12PM: Brunch
12-4.30PM: Free time (Read, sleep, nature walk, creative play, socialise & mingle - whatever you need to fill your cup!)
4.30PM-6.30PM: Evening practice (Breathwork & restorative rest)
7PM-8.30PM: Dinner
This retreat is accessible for all, no matter if this is your first time or your have a regular practice

2 nights accomodation
2 yoga practices a day

Location:
Horsmonden, in the beautiful Kent countryside, just a 40 minute train from London Bridge.
Station pick up - a short taxi ride or pick ups may be available - speak to Victoria upon booking

Breathwork alignment

Do you truly understand the potential of your breath?
These workshops explore active, connected breathwork, guiding participants to reconnect with their bodies, soothe the nervous system, and rewire old patterns that may no longer be serving you. Through consciously flowing each inhale into the next exhale, the body’s innate healing capacity is activated, encouraging the release of built-up energy and emotional or physical tension
This is an invitation to slow down, arrive fully in the present moment, and create space for meaningful transformation
This is for you if you are:
Looking to reduce stress, emotion or physical tension
Feeling disconnected or ‘lost’
Stuck in a cycle and unable to break old patterns or behaviours
Wanting to find deep relaxation where you can be fully in the moment
Looking for a new experience and interested in understanding the power of our body and breath further
Can anyone do this?
Whilst this session is open to everyone, conscious connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, or recent surgery. It should also be avoided during pregnancy or by those with severe mental health conditions. If you think you may be impacted by any of these, please get in touch to discuss further.

Join this practical and nourishing 6-week course designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and set you up for the year ahead.
Drawing from the practices of yoga, somatics, breathwork, and neuro-biomechanics, this course offers a holistic toolkit to reduce stress, sharpen focus, and build inner resilience - no previous experience required.
Each week, you’ll explore powerful techniques you can easily integrate into daily life. We’ll dive into both the science and the philosophical underpinnings of these practices, then explore their practical applications so you can feel them in your body.
What you will come away with:
A deeper understanding of your nervous system and how to support it, with an introduction into how this connects both spiritually and scientifically
Daily practices to regulate stress and enhance energy
Greater self-awareness, clarity, and resilience to meet life’s demands

6 live 1-hour online sessions (recordings available for 1 month)
1:1 mentoring call for personalised support during the course
Daily practices (10–30 mins) given each week to integrate what you learn
