As summer’s vibrant energy gently gives way to autumn’s grounding rhythm, I warmly invite you to join me for an afternoon of nourishment. Together, we will embark on a journey inward, allowing space to reconnect, reflect, and restore.
What we will cover
A reflective moment for journaling and self-inquiry
Gentle, embodied movement to awaken the body
A deep dive into the transformative practice of conscious, connected breathwork
A restorative close with rest and soothing sound
What is conscious connected breathwork (CCB)
CCB is a guided breathing practice using continuous, circular breaths that can release tension, access deeper states of awareness, and support emotional and physical healing. It is a transformative practice to access the subconscious and reconnect with yourself
Can anyone do this?
Whilst this session is open to everyone, conscious connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, or recent surgery. It should also be avoided during pregnancy or by those with severe mental health conditions. If you think you fall into any of these categories, please get in touch to discuss further.

Join this practical and nourishing 6-week course designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and create lasting calm in your life.
Drawing from the practices of yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, and neuro-biomechanics, this course offers a holistic toolkit to reduce stress, sharpen focus, and build inner resilience — no previous experience required.
Each week, you’ll explore powerful techniques you can easily integrate into daily life. We’ll dive into both the science and the spiritual understanding behind these practices and then explore the practical application of each so you can feel it in your body.
What you will come away with:
A deeper understanding of your nervous system and how to support it, with an introduction into how this connects both spiritually and scientifically
Daily practices to regulate stress and enhance energy
Greater self-awareness, clarity, and resilience to meet life’s demands
How it will run:
6 live 1-hour online sessions (recordings available for 1 month)
1:1 mentoring call for personalised support during the course
Daily practices (10–30 mins) given each week to integrate what you learn
Practical tools for nervous system regulation you can use for life
