Modalities
Breathwork: including Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
Conscious connected Breathwork is a powerful practice involving continuous, seamless breathing without pauses, helping release tension, boost resilience, promote deeper relaxation, and even ‘rewire’ old patterns that are not serving you.
CCB has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of my body and helping nurture my nervous system. With a history of autonomic dysfunction and seizures, I understand the challenges of feeling safe and connected. Each body responds uniquely, so I promote a safe environment for exploration.
The session may include bodywork and essential oils, which are optional and can be discussed at the start.
Somatic &embodiment coaching
With an embodied and trauma informed approach that weaves in lessons from yoga, breathwork, somatics and bio-neuromechanics, Working directly with the nervous system, and deepening the understanding of your body so that you can feel more connected and empowered
In session we explore different tools and techniques that can be integrated in daily life and support both movement and mental habits to help you navigate everyday life with greater ease
My work is greatly inspired by my teachers, including Paula Andreewitch, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Aki Omori, Mike O’Meara, Helen Eadie and Celeste Pereira.
Movement is the language of the body’s wisdom

What others have said
It's been so helpful, and with Victoria having her own experience with dysautonomia, I can really feel it being so much more helpful than guided exercise/breathing/physio etc. in the past that haven't accounted for this at all and made things worse
Lucy, a client struggling with dysautonomia
It was absolutely what I wanted and needed. I had given up yoga and with it slow breathing because of POTS and this is helping me
Jenny, client struggling with dysautonomia
Victoria’s class made me connect with my body and my breath in a new way. Her sequence was creative and lent itself to an explorative personal practice. At all times during the class I felt that she was observing and responding to my needs and the needs of others in the room - I felt safe and supported. I will definitely be returning and would recommend her classes to anyone of any level!
Stacey, student
For someone new to the practice and a little nervous joining, Victoria created a space where I felt so comfortable and somewhere I felt truly held
Phil, student
Always love your classes, such a calming presence and doing yoga before work is a real highlight of the week. A space to be really present, connecting movement to breath, and your ease at working with injuries or adjustments is both practical and compassionate. Thank you for always putting your attendees first, adapting to the mood of the room and making us all feel infinitely better for having attended

CCB is a transformative tool that has an array of different benefits some of which include:
Reduced Stress & Anxiety: Deep, controlled breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the body and reducing the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Release of Emotional Blockages and strengthening of emotional resilience: Breathwork helps release stored emotions, promoting emotional healing and creating space for inner peace. Regular practice helps you better manage stress and respond to life's challenges with greater balance and ease.
Enhanced Clarity & Focus: Fosters mental clarity, improves focus, and enhances mindfulness.
Boost Energy: Conscious breathing increases oxygen flow and circulation, leaving you feeling energized and revitalized.
Improve Sleep & Relaxation: By calming the nervous system, breathwork encourages deep relaxation and improves sleep quality.
