Modalities

Somatic &embodiment coaching‍

With an embodied and trauma informed approach that weaves in lessons from yoga, breathwork, somatics and bio-neuromechanics, I work directly with the nervous system, supporting you to deepen your understanding of your body, so that you can feel more connected and empowered

In session we explore different tools and techniques that can be integrated in daily life to support both movement and mental habits to help you navigate life with greater ease. Whilst my work starts on the mat, I believe in the power of how this ripples far beyond the mat into everyday life.

With a history of dysautonomia, seizures, POTs and hypermobility I understand the challenges of feeling safe and connected. Each body is unique and moves, responds uniquely, so I promote a safe environment for exploration.

Breathwork: including Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

Connecting with breath has been instrumental in deepening my self understanding and helping nurture my nervous system. I work with the breath on different levels, from down regulation to more activating techniques such as Conscious Connected Breathwork(CCB), depending on what is being presented

CCB is a powerful practice involving continuous, seamless breathing without pauses, this works on a deep subconsious level, helping release tension, boost resilience, promote deeper relaxation, and even support in ‘rewiring’ old patterns that are not serving you.

Within sessions I may include bodywork and essential oils, which are optional and can be discussed at the start.

Breathwork healing

Movement is the language of the body’s wisdom

Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen

I'm not here to hand you a generic wellness routine. I'm here to help you build a working relationship with a nervous system that's sensitive and entirely your own.

This isn't about pushing through. It's about learning what your body needs, and having the tools to respond to it.

How we can work together

Together, we work on:

  • Understanding your patterns: learning what tends to trigger flares, dips, and crashes, so they feel less random

  • Regulating in real time: breath and somatic tools you can actually use when you're symptomatic, not just when you're feeling fine

  • Rebuilding trust with movement: adapted, nervous system aware approaches to breathwork and movement that don't push you past your window of tolerance

  • Reducing the "fight" response: shifting from bracing against your body to working with it

  • A container to actually use the tools: you've probably seen breath and somatic techniques on social media already. Knowing them and using them are different things. Having somewhere to bring what's actually happening, week to week, is what makes them stick

Change starts here: Welcome to Attune

  • Weekly or bi weekly 1:1 sessions - 1:1 work tailored to your symptoms, history, and how your body responds week to week

  • A personalised programme - to meet you were you are

  • Weekly guided meditations - designed to support you build a more consistent practice

  • Daily tools and practices - simple, practical techniques you can draw on between sessions, in the moments you actually need them

  • Access to an online library - so you can dip into practices wherever and whenever suits you

  • Discounted rates - Working together as part the programme allows for discounted rates compared to taking individual sessions

What others have said

It's been so helpful, and with Victoria having her own experience with dysautonomia, I can really feel it being so much more helpful than guided exercise/breathing/physio etc. in the past that haven't accounted for this at all and made things worse

Lucy, a client struggling with dysautonomia

It was absolutely what I wanted and needed. I had given up yoga and with it slow breathing because of POTS and this is helping me

Jenny, client struggling with dysautonomia

The difference between things just happening to you, and being able to meet your body where it is.
