Working with chronic illness
Somatic yoga, breathwork and nervous system support for people navigating dysautonomia, POTS, hypermobility and complex chronic conditions
The difference between things just happening to you, and being able to meet your body where it is.
Dysatonomia
The difference between things just happening to you, and being able to meet your body where it is.
You don't have to keep up with everybody else. You just have to find what works for your body. I'm here to help you do that.
Victoria’s Story
For a long time, my body was a mystery I couldn't solve.
As a teenager I started having fainting episodes, unexplained and unpredictable, With countless tests, epilepsy ruled out and labels tried and discarded, the medical system didn't quite have a box for me. Add in severe hormonal fluctuations and PMS that made it very tricky keep up with the pace of life around me, I spent a long time feeling like I was fighting my own body rather than living in it.
I was a keen runner, with movement being a way of how I processed the world, but a running injury forced me to stop. Unable to rely on the body I thought I knew, I began to explore somatics and embodied movement. Not as a fix, but as a way to listen. For the first time, I started developing a real relationship with my body - one built on curiosity rather than frustration.
Over time, what had felt like a collection of confusing, disconnected symptoms began to make sense under one roof: dysautonomia - a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system that affects heart rate, blood pressure, hormones, energy, and so much more. Hypermobility has been part of my picture too, reshaping how I move and how I teach.
Dysautonomia isn't something you fix. It's something you learn to navigate. And what I've discovered, through years of practice, study, and honest body listening — is that the more you can understand and respond to what your nervous system is doing, the more agency you gain. The difference between things just happening to you, and being able to meet your body where it is.
That is at the heart of everything I offer.
What others have said
It's been so helpful, and with Victoria having her own experience with dysautonomia, I can really feel it being so much more helpful than guided exercise/breathing/physio etc. in the past that haven't accounted for this at all and made things worse
Lucy, a client struggling with dysautonomia
It was absolutely what I wanted and needed. I had given up yoga and with it slow breathing because of POTS and this is helping me

CCB is a transformative tool that has an array of different benefits some of which include:
Reduced Stress & Anxiety: Deep, controlled breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the body and reducing the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Release of Emotional Blockages and strengthening of emotional resilience: Breathwork helps release stored emotions, promoting emotional healing and creating space for inner peace. Regular practice helps you better manage stress and respond to life's challenges with greater balance and ease.
Enhanced Clarity & Focus: Fosters mental clarity, improves focus, and enhances mindfulness.
Boost Energy: Conscious breathing increases oxygen flow and circulation, leaving you feeling energized and revitalized.
Improve Sleep & Relaxation: By calming the nervous system, breathwork encourages deep relaxation and improves sleep quality.
Support Physical Health: Breathwork improves lung function, enhances circulation, and supports the body’s natural healing processes.
